The Media Center page provides information and content useful to agents of the news media, as well as to business partners of IST.
The Media Center offers downloadable corporate and product logos, graphic files and informational material; feel free to use these downloadable resources when covering the company or our products / services / solutions.
However, please keep in mind that these files are copyrighted material and may only be used in accordance with our Trademark and Copyright Usage Guidelines.

The following are general guidelines for the proper use of IST trademarks and copyrights (hereafter collectively called the "IST Assets").
Any use of the IST Assets that is inconsistent with these guidelines, or other unauthorized use of the IST Assets or marks that are confusingly similar to the IST Assets, may violate the trademark and copyright rights of IST.
Any use of the IST Assets, other than under the limited license set forth below, may violate the rights of IST.
If you have any questions regarding these guidelines, or would like to request permission to use the IST Assets in a manner other than expressly allowed in these guidelines, please send your requests to corpcom@ist.com.gr.
Please include your contact information, what content you seek to use and how it will be used.
Permissible Use
You may make fair use of the IST Assets to:

Make true, factual statements about IST, its products, services and/or solutions.

Truthfully communicate that your product, service and/or solution is compatible with, or designed for use with, IST products, services and/or solutions.

Truthfully communicate your company's or organization's interest in or use of IST products, services and/or solutions (providing that such use is otherwise legally permissible).

You shall use the IST Assets solely for the purpose of showing support for IST and its products, services and/or solutions.

You acknowledge the great value of the goodwill associated with the IST Assets and further acknowledge that IST is the sole and exclusive owner of the IST Assets and the goodwill associated therewith.
Prohibited Use

You are not permitted to use the IST Assets in any manner that may disparage IST, the IST Assets or impair the validity, scope, title or goodwill of IST in the IST Assets, libel or slander any person or entity, violate or infringe upon any right, common law or otherwise, of any kind or nature whatsoever, of any person or entity, or violate any right of personality, privacy or publicity.

You are not permitted to use the IST Assets in a manner that implies an affiliation or connection with IST.

You must not use the IST Assets in any manner that implies IST sponsorship or certification.

You must not modify the IST Assets to infringe the copyright, trademark or common law rights of any person or entity.
When making a fair use of an IST Asset, you should acknowledge that IST owns the Asset. The following language is appropriate:

"IST is a registered trademark of IST - International Software Techniques S.A." (if, for a corporate logo)

"[Product_Name] is a registered trademark of IST - International Software Techniques S.A." (if, for a product logo)
IST reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the IST Assets, in its sole discretion.
